• Salary $65,000 to $75,000 per year plus superannuation

Your responsibilities will include the following broad areas :

• Implementing Educational Program and Practice
• Ensuring children’s health and safety
• Maintaining a safe physical environment
• Attending staff meetings, demonstrating code of conduct and ethics with all stakeholders, and participating in ongoing professional development training
• Forming and nurturing strong relationships with children, implementing behaviour management strategies and maintaining the dignity and rights of each
• Developing and maintaining collaborative partnerships with families and communities
• Demonstrating governance and leadership in your contributions to the philosophy, goals and activities of the centres.

Some of the skills you possess are :

• Computer skills of a basic level and are willing to be trained

Your qualifications and experience will include :

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent) and willing to study
• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent); or
• Early Childhood or Primary Teaching Degree.
