We seek a qualified chef with substantial experience in a high‑paced café or breakfast kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a senior kitchen role, strong knowledge of all kitchen operations, leadership skills, creativity in menu development, and thorough knowledge of food safety and hygiene. Experience training apprentices and a passion for creating engaging specials are advantageous. Flexibility to work across a 7‑day roster, including weekends, is required, with no late nights or public holidays.
