Job summary

NKA Building & Maintenance is seeking a Qualified Carpenter (3rd/4th year apprentice considered) to join our team in Victoria. You'll work across residential renovations and maintenance projects, including aged care and living in occupied homes.

Responsibilities include framing, door/window installation, finishes, and carpentry for decks and external works. Must have White Card, tools, and reliable transport; weekly pay and above-award wages offered.

Qualifications

• Qualified carpenter; third or fourth year apprentices considered.
• Residential renovation experience required.
• Excellent finishing skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required.
• Good problem-solving skills for existing homes and renovation work.
• Own hand tools and reliable transport with a valid licence.

The role involves working in vacant, occupied homes and aged care projects.
