Qualifications

• 2-3+ years in residential property management.
• Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate required.

• Coordinate maintenance, repairs and tenancy matters to minimise downtime.
• Ensure compliance with Queensland legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor portfolio performance and report on outcomes to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with administration and support teams to deliver seamless service.
