Techforce Personnel is expanding its chef pool and recruiting for FIFO opportunities across Queensland. We have roles from remote to high-volume kitchen environments, with weekly pay and flexible rosters.

Candidates should have Cert III/IV in Commercial Cookery, food safety knowledge, and full Australian working rights. Various sites and mining clients offer diverse challenges and career growth within FIFO.

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial kitchen environment.
• Bulk cooking or high-volume production experience.
• Able to work independently or as part of a kitchen team.
• Familiar with HACCP, food safety and hygiene standards.
• Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent).
• Full Australian working rights.
• Coal Board Medical within the last 2 years.
• S11 Certificate.
• 4x4 Certificate (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Operate across diverse site environments in FIFO roles.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for chefs who are:

• Confident and capable in a commercial kitchen environment
• Experienced in bulk cooking or high-volume food production
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a larger kitchen team
• Familiar with HACCP, food safety and hygiene standards

TO BE CONSIDERED, YOU'LL NEED

• Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
• National Police Check within the last 6 months [or willing to obtain]
• Food Safety Certificate
• Full Australian working rights
• Coal Board Medical within the last 2 years
• S11 Certificate
• 4x4 Certificate (desirable)

Candidate MUST be based in BNE to be considered.
