Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in quality or supplier QA in defence/nuclear or high-risk industries.
• Experience auditing quality management systems to ISO 9001 or MILSPECs.
• Experience working with US/UK naval nuclear requirements is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Establish supplier assurance function for US services and ensure validation adherence.
• Lead supplier assessment process from down-selection to CAP closure.
• Conduct field visits, interviews, and document reviews to verify supplier readiness.
• Write post-assessment reports with gap analysis against US supply chain requirements.
• Mentor and coach supplier QA practitioners and lead corrective actions.
