Due to continued growth, they’re now looking to appoint a QA Supervisor to join the team at their manufacturing site in Melbourne’s northern suburbs.
About the role
Reporting into the Quality Assurance Manager, the QA Supervisor will be a role split between systems and operational quality. This role will support broader site compliance, food safety systems and audit readiness in a fast paced food environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the maintenance and improvement of food safety and QA systems
• Leading quality investigations and corrective/preventative actions
• Supporting training of staff in QA procedures and standards
• Participating in third-party audits and customer visits

What we are looking for:

• Degree in Food Science or a related discipline
• 3-5 years in a QA role within food manufacturing, any supervisory/leadership experience will be well regarded
• Solid understanding of HACCP and food quality systems
• Confident working across both systems and factory floor environments
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

This role would suit someone ready to step into a broader QA scope, with strong support and growth opportunities on offer.
