Job summary

Recoded is seeking an experienced Python Engineer to lead design, development, and support of Python-based analytics applications and data products that drive business decisions.

You will work at the intersection of software engineering, data analytics, and stakeholder engagement, building scalable applications, visualization platforms, and analytical solutions for both technical and non-technical users.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building Python-based analytics applications and dashboards.
• Experience with Pandas, NumPy, PySpark, Streamlit, Dash and financial modelling packages.
• Advanced SQL, DAX, GitHub Copilot expertise.
• Experience with MS Fabric, Snowflake; Azure cloud and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Python-based analytics applications and data products.
• Lead end-to-end data products from concept to production and governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into analytical solutions.
• Establish engineering standards, testing, documentation, and best practices.
• Mentor team members and promote modern development practices.
