Many Rivers is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead core finance operations across Australia, delivering accurate reporting, budgeting and compliance while strengthening financial controls.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will manage a small team, partner with program leaders and drive continuous improvement in systems and processes to support growth and social outcomes in a purpose-led not-for-profit setting.

Competenze

• CA or CPA qualified with significant experience in accounting, financial management and organisational reporting.
• Experience leading and developing finance teams while delivering high-quality operational outcomes.
• Strong financial management capability, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, compliance and audit preparation.
• Experience with ERP systems and BI tools (Power BI) and advanced Excel.
• Not-for-profit or public sector experience is highly regarded.
