Job summary

Plasdene Glass‑Pak is seeking a proactive team member to join our Purchasing team at our Milperra Corporate Head Office. This opportunity suits someone starting their purchasing career or looking to develop their purchasing capabilities within a growing, established Australian packaging business.

You will manage purchase orders, drive stock transfers across our 8-branch network, and liaise with suppliers to ensure accuracy and timely delivery. Onsite parking is available at our Milperra location.

• High attention to detail and accuracy are required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with customers and suppliers.
• IT savvy capability is expected.

Responsibilities

• Create purchase orders.
• Prompt and efficient follow up of purchase orders.
• Create stock transfers between our 8 branches.
• Attend to purchasing discrepancies.
• Liaise with supply partners.
• Maintain records of all product specifications and drawings.
