Job summary

Aston Advantage in Seven Hills, NSW, is seeking a Factory Hand to join a growing Australian manufacturer of advanced pump solutions for mining, water, power, and agriculture. You will use hand and power tools, assist workshop operations, packing, loading and shipment preparation.

Forklift and First Aid tickets are required and you’ll work in a supportive, family-oriented team with plenty of overtime and PPE provided.

Qualifications

• Experience using hand and power tools in manufacturing.
• Forklift ticket and First Aid certificate required.
• Ability to assist workshop operations, packing, loading and shipment prep.

Responsibilities

• Use hand and power tools across manufacturing and building pumps.
• Support workshop operations, packing, loading and shipment preparation.
• Build career into CNC machining, welding or leadership while working with locally manufactured equipment.
