Hoffman Kelly in Brisbane is offering a Graduate Accountant position within our Accounting & Advisory team, designed to launch your career in public practice. As part of our graduate program, you’ll gain hands-on experience across a diverse client portfolio, contributing to meaningful projects and developing the essential skills to excel in the accounting profession.

You’ll work on preparing financial statements, trusts, partnerships and tax returns, and you’ll learn from experienced managers

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Eligible to commence CA or CPA.
• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Genuine interest in building a career in public practice accounting.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements and reports for a broad range of clients.
• Work on trusts, partnerships and tax returns.
• Gain exposure to more complex accounting and advisory work as skills grow.
• Build confidence communicating with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Develop the technical, commercial and professional skills needed for a successful career in public practice accounting.
