Job summary

LUXXE Outsourced Hotel Services is hiring a Public Area Cleaner for the overnight shift (11pm–7am), Monday to Friday, to join their Melbourne-based team. You will clean public areas, assist housekeeping, and ensure guest satisfaction through prompt service.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of room servicing or housekeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain Hotel Public Areas during overnight shift.
• Assist Room Attendants as required and respond to guest requests.
• Maintain guest room pantries and ensure equipment is clean and in working order.
• Support the hotel team with a friendly, customer-focused approach.

About the Role...

We are currently seeking experienced, a service-focused Public Area Cleaner - Overnight Shift 11pm - 7.00am Monday to Friday nights.

Reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisor/ Manager, you will be responsible for the cleaning of the Hotel Public Areas. Assisting the room Attendants as requested and delivering Guest requests. You will also be required to maintain guest room pantries and ensure all equipment is in clean working order. Additionally, you will help answer guest requests and assist where possible.

About You...

You will have a friendly and enthusiastic attitude, with the ability to have positive involvement and interaction with both guests and the overall Hotel team.

Public Area cleaners MUST be available the overnight shift from 11.00pm -7.00am Monday to Friday.

You must have at least 4 days availability to work over a rotating roster.
