ALH's Ferntree Gully Hotel is seeking a Chef to lead our kitchen team and craft memorable dining experiences for guests. You will work hands-on to create dishes that marry passion and precision while supporting a safe, hygienic kitchen environment.

In this role you will maintain ALH standards for quality and presentation, collaborating with the team to ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced pub setting. This is a hands-on position with physical duties in a busy kitchen.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment and holding necessary trade cooking qualifications.
• Ability to balance passion, precision and productivity to create exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong organisation and communication skills to support guests and team.
