Job summary

Fantastic Furniture is seeking retail team members to provide an exceptional customer experience across showroom and warehouse operations. You will learn end-to-end stock management and may support customers across seven days a week, with full training provided.

The role offers exposure to showroom activities and a pathway to advance your career, including an opportunity to complete a Certificate III in Retail, fully sponsored by the company.

• Experience in customer service, retail or hospitality is welcome but not required.

You may bring some experience from a customer service, retail or hospitality background, but we are also interested in transferable skills into a retail setting (full training will be provided).

Your new role

Our Retail Team Members are the superheros who make life fantastic for our customers by providing an exceptional experience at every touch point. In this varied role, you will have an opportunity to learn our end-to-end stock/ warehouse operations; as well as exposure to our showroom operation. You'll get plenty of opportunities to advance your career. That includes the opportunity to complete a Certificate III in Retail, fully sponsored by us!

Our stores are open 7 days a week, so we're looking for team members who have availability across the 7 days or flexibility to work multiple days as well as during peak trade periods to service our customers. We're also looking for team members who enjoy being on the move across both our warehouse & showroom environment. To make sure you can safely perform the role, you will need to complete a pre-employment medical check.
