CQUniversity invites applications for Associate Professor (Level D) or Professor (Level E) in psychology. The role focuses on curriculum design, accreditation compliance, and teaching excellence across our postgraduate psychology programs, with scope for research and supervision.

You will lead curriculum development, support program quality, and collaborate with committees to advance psychology education, research translation, and professional practice.

Qualifications

• Doctoral qualification in psychology plus Masters-level qualification meeting registration requirements.
• General registration with Ahpra as a Psychologist.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor colleagues and foster a culture of excellence; Level E to lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong record of teaching excellence with leadership in online and blended pedagogy.
• Growing or established research profile with evidence of impact and supervision of higher degree students.

Responsabilités

• Lead curriculum design and accreditation compliance for postgraduate psychology programs.
• Drive teaching excellence and innovative online/blended pedagogy across programs.
• Foster research activity, including supervision of honours and postgraduate students.
• Engage in strategic planning and contribute to national and international partnerships.
