Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant allied health experience desirable.
• Tertiary qualification in Behavioural Sciences and registration with the appropriate professional body required.
• Current driver’s licence and own vehicle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess work stressors and risk factors in diverse workplaces.
• Consider organisational and individual factors affecting performance.
• Be commercially savvy with a customer and business perspective.
• Demonstrate initiative with a ‘can do’ attitude; strong time management.
• Experience in critical incident response and trauma management is highly regarded.
