Bupa Mindplace in Kensington, Sydney, seeks an experienced Registered/Clinical Psychologist to join our practice. The role offers flexibility as part-time (3 days) or full-time, with patient-facing clinical duties across Australia.

You will conduct assessments, develop personalised treatment plans, and collaborate with referring providers to support mental health journeys and service delivery within a national network.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology or Master/Doctorate in Clinical Psychology.
• General Registration with the Psychology Board of Australia.
• 5+ years of recent clinical experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced clinical expertise and innovative service delivery.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, diagnose mental health conditions, and provide evidence-based therapies.

• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Registered/Clinical Psychologist to join us part-time (3 days) or full-time at our practice in Kensington.

As a Psychologist at Mindplace, you'll be a pivotal part of our team, shaping the future of mental health services with Bupa. This role is a patient-facing clinical position where you will be seeing Bupa customers and others who wish to utilise the Bupa services. This is an opportunity to drive meaningful change and innovate new ways to support mental health journeys throughout Australia.

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, diagnose mental health conditions, and provide evidence-based therapies
• Develop personalised treatment plans based on assessments and patient needs
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans
• Build and sustain collaborative relationships with referring healthcare providers to strengthen patient referral networks and support practice growth
• Coordinate with external providers to fulfil service requests within an established procedural framework

About you
