About the Role

You will be joining a practice with a strong reputation through out Central Queensland and an established referral network from GPs, paediatricians, schools, NDIS providers and other health professionals. With a consistent waitlist and high demand for psychology services in the region, you will have the opportunity to step into a full and rewarding caseload from the outset.

You will provide evidence based therapy and psychological assessments across a range of presentations while working within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.

Typical presentations include:

• Anxiety, depression, emotional regulation
• Trauma, PTSD, grief and loss
• Behavioural concerns
• Neurodevelopmental support
• Family and parenting challenges
• Couples therapy
• Women's and Men's mental health
• Workplace stress and performance concerns
• Confidence, identity and personal development
• Separation and life transitions

You'll also have opportunities to complete psychometric assessments and provide comprehensive reports to support diagnosis and treatment planning.

Your Responsibilities
