Job summary

Resilia is seeking a Provisional Psychologist (5+1 Internship) to deliver specialist psychological recovery and rehabilitation services for workers with psychological illness or injuries. You will join a supportive team of leaders and subject matter experts to drive return-to-work outcomes.

You will manage a full caseload, administer inventories, participate in case conferences, and provide job-seeking assistance while maintaining accurate client records and progress reports.

Qualifications

• Registration with AHPRA or ASORC is required.
• Experience in workplace rehabilitation is highly regarded.
• Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of rehabilitation files including Same Employer/RTW, Vocational Assessments and Counselling, Rehabilitation Counselling, Job Seeking Education, Vocational Re-training, Workplace Assessments, Psychologic Capacity Evaluations.
• Administer relevant psychological and vocational inventories, score tests and interpret results.
• Attend case conferences with medical/health professionals to identify barriers and develop progression plans based on shared goals and case reviews.
• Provide workers with job seeking assistance with ESC services where available.
• Assist clients with job skills training to enable independent employment.
• Maintain regular liaison with clients and key stakeholders in vocational rehabilitation and counselling activities.
• Maintain up-to-date client records, including case notes and progress reports.

Essential criteria

• Registration with AHPRA or Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors (ASORC)
• Previousworkplace rehabilitation experience highly regarded
• Drivers License and access to a reliable vehicle
