Qualifications

• Admitted to, or eligible to, practice as a legal practitioner in the ACT.
• Successful candidate(s) will be required to undergo a pre-employment National Police Check.

Responsibilities

• Prosecute a broad range of criminal matters in the Magistrates Court and the Supreme Court.
• Operate within a generalist prosecution team led by a Supervising Prosecutor.
• Provide advocacy and may instruct counsel in higher courts as required.
