Job description

Leading entire proposal generation activities between Pursue-No-Pursue (PnP) and Contract Award for all D&S Opportunities within the region. In collaboration with the capture team, product and other stakeholders, you ensure that the executive summary, commercial, past performance, technical and management volumes accurately reflect the proposed solution and winning strategy for bids, presenting medium-level complexity solutions and governance. This role will be based in Brisbane, QLD.

Responsibilities

Lead proposal development for the Defence and Security business by providing guidance to deliver winning proposals on time and on budget.

Review customer RFIs and RFPs to extract winning themes and identify CAE discriminators that will increase the probability of winning.

Collaborate with multiple business units across different stages of bid proposals.

Define mid-to-long-term strategies for future bids including outsourcing, off-shoring and partnership opportunities.

Ideal Candidate / Qualifications

Relevant experience in a high-tech industry.

Result-oriented with strong business acumen.

Proven experience in defence is ideal, especially within training.

Previous experience in government proposal writing.

Security Requirements

As the Australian Department of Defence is a major client, you must be eligible for SECRET (NV1) level Defence security clearance, and preferably already hold a current SECRET (NV1) clearance.
