  • Review, assess, and issue underwriting terms for new business, renewals, alterations, and cancellations in line with company guidelines.
  • Identify client needs and develop tailored solutions while promoting the company’s brand within the broker network.
  • Ensure compliance with underwriting standards, accurate record‑keeping, and adherence to delegated authority limits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support process improvements.
Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to change.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, with strong organisational skills.

Benefits
  • Career advancement opportunities and professional development through training programmes, mentorship initiatives, and tuition reimbursement. We also partner with ANZIIF for accreditation and qualifications.
  • Company‑provided Life, Temporary Permanent Disablement, Salary Continuance and Travel insurances, plus access to other discounted insurances.
