Qualifications

• Formal qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Health & Safety, Engineering, Facilities Management).
• Strong communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Interest in property risk, compliance, and health & safety assessments.

Responsibilities

• Undertake compliance and risk assessments across retail, commercial and industrial properties and identify remediation needs.
• Provide guidance to clients to optimise property management processes.
