Job summary

Gorilla Jobs Pty Ltd. is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate in Property to be based in Sydney or Newcastle. The role offers $150,000-$200,000 plus super, with hybrid and flexible working arrangements.

You will handle a broad property practice, including acquisitions, disposals, leases and development projects, across a national Property & Projects team. You’ll bring 3–7 years' experience, strong drafting and client-facing skills, and the ability to work independently or within a team.

Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years' post-admission experience in property law.
• Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Advise on acquisitions and disposals, options, leases and licenses.
• Cover easements, restrictive covenants, Crown Land and regulatory matters.
• Support property development projects and social infrastructure matters.
• Engage in tenders and government land activation and divestment.
