Job summary

Workpac Group is assisting an award-winning real estate agency in recruiting a Property Manager to handle a self-managed portfolio in the Newcastle, Central Coast and Hunter Valley region.

You will build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, conduct property inspections, manage maintenance requests and ensure compliance with relevant legislation while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Property Management experience.
• Current Driver’s Licence.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive and passionate attitude towards the Real Estate industry.
• Willingness to continue learning and developing your skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing your own portfolio of residential properties.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Conducting routine inspections and managing maintenance requests.
• Coordinating repairs and liaising with trades and contractors.
• Ensuring properties are managed in accordance with relevant legislation.
• Providing exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants.
• Maintaining accurate records and completing administration requirements.
