Job summary

Innovative Talent Recruitment Pty Ltd is seeking a Property Manager for our North-West Melbourne portfolio. This premium agency offers a structured property management department with strong support, leadership, and a collaborative, high-energy office.

You will manage 170–180 residential properties, enjoy 1 day work-from-home, rotating Saturdays, and dedicated leasing/admin support. Victorian tenancy compliance, strong communication, and a valid Agent Representative Certificate are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a residential property portfolio end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of Victorian tenancy legislation and compliance.
• Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
• Agents Representative Certificate or Certificate IV in Real Estate; valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage a residential portfolio of 170–180 properties.
• Coordinate leasing from listing to signed lease.
• Provide full administration support for portfolios.
• Collaborate with leadership and support teams.
• Ensure coverage of your portfolio during leave with team support.

The opportunity

• Manage a residential portfolio of 170-180 properties
• 1 Day Working from home
• Rotating Saturday's (approx. once every 2 months)
• Dedicated leasing team who own the process from listing to signed lease
• Full administration support handling the paperwork behind your portfolio
• Collaborative property management team and leadership at your level to bounce the hard ones off
