Elders & Pat O’Driscoll Real Estate in Rockhampton, Queensland seeks a Property Manager on a Full-Time basis. You will manage residential properties, support landlords and tenants, and coordinate inspections with a focus on service excellence.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation and client relationship skills, with an energetic, organised, team-oriented approach and a passion for embracing technology to improve processes.

Formación

• Experience in property management or real estate preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with clients and landlords.
• Demonstrated time management, organisation and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain client relationships to understand needs.
• Identify and cultivate new opportunities for clients' investments.
• Carry out routine property inspections.
• Debtor management and financial follow-up.
• Prepare documents for landlords and tenants.
• Collaborate with Elders team to explore opportunities.
• Increase exposure through field days and community events.
