Your Role

Being mentored by a top Property Partner (also a property developer) you will love the autonomy+ challenge+ satisfaction of running your own property practice + managing your clients whilst also leading / mentoring a small property team (1 conveyancer+ 1 paralegal) who will assist you.

Key Areas Include

• high-end residential / commercial conveyancing [mainly off-the-plan developments acting for high end developers]

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you :

• are admitted as a lawyer in NSW;
• have minimum 4 - 10+ years property law experience including off-the-plan conveyancing experience acting for vendors / developers [essential] AND commercial property transactions (preferable);
• have solid experience with leases, options, joint ventures, easements / covenants+ also strata / subdivision / property due diligence (preferable);
• have a proven success record of running your own files from beginning to end with minimal supervision;
• are super organised, are dead-line driven+ have excellent communication and people skills;
• are ambitious, committed to excellence in all that you do+ have high attention to detail;
