Job summary

Amicus Legal Recruitment is partnering with a well-known CBD law firm to recruit a Junior Property Lawyer for a 2-3 year PAE role focused on property and leasing. You will work closely with the Property Partner on development, leasing and advisory matters for an established client base.

We are seeking 2-3 years PAE in Property/Leasing with strong drafting skills and confidence in managing client relationships.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–3 years PAE in Property/Leasing.
• Well developed drafting skills.
• Confidence managing client relationships and running matters.

Responsibilities

• Assist on a broad range of Property, Development and Leasing matters.
• Manage client relationships and run matters with oversight from the Property Partner.
• Draft, review and negotiate property and leasing documents with accuracy and efficiency.
