Job summary

Montgomery Advisory in Sydney is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate with 3–7 years' PAE to join our Property team. You will handle the full spectrum of property transactions for hotels and commercial real estate, in a supportive, collegial environment.

The role covers hotel development and management, sales and acquisitions of hotels and properties, and commercial leasing. This is an excellent chance to deepen your property practice within a growing, award-winning firm.

Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years' PAE in property transactions and advice.
• Ability to work independently and autonomously, yet also as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Practice in all elements of property law with exposure to hotel development and management.
• Handle sales and acquisitions of hotels, commercial and industrial properties.
• Manage commercial leasing and provide general real estate and commercial advice.
