Job summary

PGR Recruitment is helping a respected independent national law firm grow its Brisbane commercial property and transactions team. They seek a Solicitor or Associate eager to build a long-term property practice in Brisbane CBD.

The role spans PEXA settlements, leasing advice, and drafting complex commercial agreements, with a pipeline that includes schools, councils, and institutions. Ideal candidates have 1–5 years PAE in property or commercial work, plus PEXA, stamp duty, and leasing

Qualifications

• 1–5 years PAE in property or commercial transactions.
• PEXA, stamp duty and leasing experience.
• Strong drafting and eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Run PEXA settlements and stamp duty processes.
• Advise on commercial and retail leasing.
• Support trustee and complex ownership structures.
• Draft and advise on commercial agreements.
• Work with senior lawyers on development and transactional matters.
