Job summary

Perigon Group in Sydney seeks a CA/CPA qualified Accountant to join our commercial real estate finance team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will provide high-quality accounting support and analytical input to the Property Managers.

You will prepare monthly management reports, P&L review, variance analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, lease reporting, budgeting, and ad hoc reporting, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA qualification or part qualification preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management reports and P&L review.
• Perform variance analysis and provide commentary on variances.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and lease reporting.
• Assist with annual budgeting and accounting adjustments.
• Deliver ad hoc reporting and support process improvements.
