Core Talent seeks a Pronto Implementation Lead for a Perth-based, 12-month hybrid contract. You will drive Pronto deployments across functions, manage plans, milestones and go-live readiness.

You will coordinate stakeholders, ensure data migration QA, and support change management and end-user training, focusing on clear communication and delivering value. Experience with Pronto and process improvement is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the Pronto implementation across business functions.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones and progress reports.
  • Coordinate meetings and manage actions, decisions, risks and issues.
  • Define business requirements with stakeholders and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Plan user acceptance testing, validation and end-user training.
  • Manage data migration activities including cleansing and QA.
  • Act as the liaison between business users, technical teams and partners.
  • Support change management and user adoption.
  • Coordinate cutover planning for a successful go-live.

Pronto Implementation Lead / Perth / 12 Month Contract / Hybrid / Flexible Working

Core Talent are excited to be assisting a Mining Resources Company in recruiting a skilled Pronto Implementation Specialist. This award-winning business has had continuous growth over the last few years. The Pronto Specialist will lead and support the implementation of Pronto, streamlining operations and driving continuous improvement across the business. They are happy to wait for the right person.

The Pronto Implementation Lead’s key duties will include:
  • Lead and coordinate the implementation of Pronto across multiple business functions.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones and progress reports.
  • Coordinate project meetings and manage actions, decisions, risks and issues.
  • Work with stakeholders to define business requirements and identify opportunities to improve processes.
  • Plan and coordinate user acceptance testing, system validation and end-user training.
  • Manage data migration activities, including cleansing, reconciliation and quality assurance.
  • Serve as the central point of contact between business users, technical teams and implementation partners.
  • Support organisational change, stakeholder engagement and user adoption.
  • Coordinate cutover planning and ensure the business is prepared for a successful go-live.
