Job Description

Reporting to the Projects Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing project operations, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

About The Role
  • Support the Operation through the delivery of critical Capital Expenditure projects ahead of mining.
  • Varied projects including fixed infrastructure, civil construction, MIA facilities, In‑pit facilities, water management, electrical infrastructure, fixed and wireless communications network infrastructure.
  • Supervise and coordinate project activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Provide visible leadership, advice and support to employees and contractors.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment through building positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare project reports and documentation through all phases of the project.
Roster and Location
  • Monday to Friday professional roster
  • Based on site at HVO (off Lemington Road)
About You
  • Strong commitment to safety, risk management, quality assurance and continuous improvement.
  • Previous supervision experience in a mining or related environment
  • Ability to manage contractors in a dynamic, fast paced environment
  • Understanding of work scopes and budget requirements
  • Exceptional communication & influencing skills with the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders on site
  • High level leadership skills with the ability to set clear expectations to the team through clear & concise communication
  • Electrical trade and/or Operational technology supervision and installation background (highly regarded)
