Job summary

Qualifications

Degree in Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
Experience in project planning, project engineering, project management, or scheduling.
Strong knowledge of Primavera P6.
Experience working on substation, transmission, energy, or infrastructure projects.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Ability to translate complex project data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules.
Monitor project progress and identify critical path risks.
Provide schedule forecasting and performance reporting.
Support resource planning and resolve demand versus capacity conflicts.
Lead schedule impact analysis for project changes and delays.
Collaborate closely with engineering, construction, procurement, and project management teams.
