Qualifications

• Experience working within Aboriginal communities or strong understanding of cultural safety.
• Proven ability to build trust and rapport across diverse groups.
• Driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly to remote communities.
• Current COVID-19 immunisation certificate.
• NT Working with Children Clearance and National Police Check.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate culturally safe yarning circles and consultations.
• Provide community-based education on the impacts of DFSV.
• Plan healing-centred activities for men's wellbeing.
• Collaborate with Elders and community leaders.
• Develop a sustainability framework for the project.
