Job summary

Southern Queensland Natural Resources Management – Toowoomba QLD is seeking a Project Officer to join a small team delivering sustainable agriculture and environmental outcomes for a range of customers. The role coordinates projects and works closely with land managers, contractors and key stakeholders across southern Queensland.

You will be motivated by coordinating projects, learning from challenges, and providing excellent customer service while engaging diverse stakeholders including land

Qualifications

• Degree or qualifications in agriculture, agribusiness or environmental area.
• Experience coordinating projects and stakeholders.
• Strong customer service and engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects and support land managers, contractors and stakeholders.
• Deliver sustainable agriculture and environmental outcomes for clients and communities.
• Collaborate with a small team to meet regional goals across southern Queensland.

The role coordinates projects and works collaboratively with land managers, contractors and key stakeholders across southern Queensland.

• Have a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to effectively engage a range of stakeholders including land managers, contractors, researchers, industry and community groups
• Be interested in agricultural production systems and technologies
• Have relevant qualifications and experience in agriculture, agribusiness or environmental area.
