The NSW Treasury is seeking a skilled project coordinator to support the Economic Strategy and Productivity Group in delivering strategic communications, stakeholder engagement and governance activities.
You will monitor milestones, risks and deliverables, prepare briefs and reports, and coordinate events and consultations while building relationships across Treasury and external stakeholders. A flexible Sydney-based role with a 35-hour week.
Job Description
You will support the coordination, delivery and evaluation of strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, secretariat activities and projects that advance the priorities of the Economic Strategy and Productivity Group.
Your day-to-day work will include monitoring project plans, milestones, risks and deliverables; preparing briefs, reports and project documentation; analysing information to identify emerging issues; and supporting evidence-based planning and recommendations.
You will coordinate events, working groups, committees and stakeholder consultations, while building effective relationships across Treasury and with external stakeholders. You will work flexibly across competing priorities and contribute to continuous improvement in project delivery and business processes.
