Job summary

Heidelberg Materials' Metropolitan Aggregates division seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee and deliver multiple infrastructure and materials projects. You will coordinate planning, budgets, schedules, risks and resources to ensure safe, on-time completion within budget.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will work with contractors, suppliers and internal teams, monitor performance, drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental

Qualifications

• Demonstrated project management experience in quarrying, construction materials, mining, civil construction or heavy industrial environments.
• Experience coordinating contractors, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Strong planning, scheduling, budgeting and risk management abilities.
• Commitment to workplace health, safety and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities

• Managing projects from planning through to execution and completion.
• Coordinating project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks and deliverables.
• Supporting operational teams to ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently.
• Liaising with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and clients.
• Monitoring project performance and implementing continuous improvement.
