Job summary

Ventia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our AGFMA team, delivering infrastructure and facilities projects across metropolitan Adelaide and the South East region.

This permanent full-time role offers autonomy, flexibility and variety, managing projects from concept through to completion while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects in construction, facilities management or related sectors.
• Strong stakeholder and contractor management skills.
• Experience overseeing budgets, timelines and reporting.
• Certificate or qualifications in Project Management (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from planning through delivery and close-out.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets, schedules and project performance.
• Deliver projects in safety, quality and compliance requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Facilitate site meetings, toolbox talks and project reviews.
• Provide accurate forecasting, reporting and project updates.
• Drive successful project outcomes while meeting KPIs.
