FRP Project Manager
Adelaide (FIFO Options Available)

Are you ready to lead on one of Australia’s most iconic Tier 1 tunnelling projects? We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a nationally recognised civil and structural contractor known for delivering complex, high-risk infrastructure works across transport, utilities, and major projects. With a reputation for technical excellence and a collaborative, solutions-focused culture, the company specialises in FRP, structural assemblies, and prefabricated steel reinforcement systems, delivering high-performance outcomes for clients on Australia’s most ambitious builds.

The Opportunity

Based in Adelaide, you will take a senior leadership role overseeing delivery of a landmark tunnelling project—managing planning, safety, quality, and construction outcomes while working closely with Tier 1 partners and major stakeholders. For the right candidate, interstate FIFO arrangements will be considered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of project works within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Oversee FRP and prefabricated steel reinforcement packages with a strong technical understanding.
  • Manage site teams, subcontractors, and engineering support.
  • Drive safety culture, ensuring compliance with HSEQ standards.
  • Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams.
  • Report on progress, risks, and milestones to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Build strong client relationships and represent the business professionally.
About You
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil, structural, or tunnelling environments.
  • Strong FRP experience is essential; familiarity with prefabricated reinforced steel systems is highly desirable.
  • Background delivering Tier 1 or Tier 2 infrastructure projects.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability in complex project environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to be Adelaide-based or work on a FIFO roster from interstate.
