Job summary

Olympic Fencing seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead diverse fencing projects across commercial, industrial and high-security sectors. You will manage multiple projects from estimating through to completion, travel to project sites, coordinate subcontractors, equipment and materials, and ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to work independently while spending significant time on the road.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management within construction, fencing, civil, or infrastructure.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across various locations.
• Current Driver's License.
• Willingness to travel extensively, including regular overnight stays.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Comfortable spending significant time on the road, managing remote projects, and undertaking overnight stays when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple fencing projects from estimating, award, start up, installation through to completion.
• Travel frequently to project sites to oversee operations and meet with clients.
• Coordinate subcontractors, equipment, and materials.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit project reports and documentation.
• Lead site teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
