Job summary

Confidential, a leading international engineering and consulting group, is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Data Center to lead large-scale mission-critical projects from design through commissioning.

You will manage end-to-end delivery, develop schedules and budgets, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with international data center standards. Strong stakeholder management and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• PM certification (PMP/PRINCE2) is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are essential.
• Experience in data center or mission-critical infrastructure projects is a must.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Data Center projects (hyperscale / colo / enterprise).
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigations.
• Act as primary contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Facilitate project meetings, reporting, and decision-making processes.
• Oversee design reviews, testing and commissioning, and handover to operations.
• Manage contracts (EPC/EPCM/PMC) and track variations/claims.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards and promote continuous improvement.
