You will lead planning, scheduling, reporting and governance across multiple workstreams, coordinating with engineering, operations, IT and procurement to ensure on-time delivery.

The role demands expertise in project controls, integrated scheduling and executive-level reporting to the Project Steering Committee.

Qualifications

• Experience in medium to large projects with a focus on planning, controls and governance.
• Ability to translate detailed project information into clear reporting for senior management.
• Strong planning, scheduling, governance and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the integrated project schedule with milestones and dependencies.
• Prepare monthly Steering Committee presentations and executive reports.
• Support risk, issue, scope control and change management processes.
• Provide guidance to project managers and workstream leads.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and reporting.
