Gold Coast based tier 1 company is seeking an experienced & qualified Project Manager or Contract Administrator looking to step up and join its young, dynamic, and constantly growing team. Site / Office based; you will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Vetting contracts and identifying discrepancies between quotation and relevant documents.
  • Material and labour take offs.
  • Material / sub-trade management and procurement.
  • Document control & plan overlays.
  • Identifying & submission of variations & RFI’s.
  • Ordering and scheduling deliveries.
  • Issuing Progress claims.
  • Maintaining & reporting job costing and projections with Cree8’s inhouse developed software.
  • Maintaining & reporting on construction program & Labour control.
  • Liaising with Builders and Sub-Contractors.
  • Project close out requirements. Operation & Maintenance manuals etc.
  • All other duties encapsulated within the role.

To be considered for the role, you must possess the following:

  • Minimum 4 years previous experience in a ceilings and partitions or a commercial construction environment Contracts Administrator role.
  • Highly developed computer skills (proficient in all programs in the Microsoft Suite Word, Excel, Outlook, Project). Experience with Bluebeam.
  • Team player, committed to doing what it takes to achieve success within the role.
  • Have the capability to complete all the tasks mentioned above & meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work predominately on site, with jobs being based both in Brisbane and on the Gold Coast.
