Johnson Controls Adelaide is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead building automation and HVAC projects, from inception through handover. You will manage scope, budget, schedule, and quality while maintaining strong customer and subcontractor relationships. A background in BMS/controls and familiarity with BIM/AutoCAD are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification in Electrical, HVAC, Refrigeration, or an Engineering degree.
• Proven experience managing BMS, Building Automation, Controls, HVAC, or related building services projects.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing project budgets and financial performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and customer engagement skills.
