The Opportunity

We’re searching for a hands‑on AV Project Manager / Site Lead with deep integration experience and the confidence to lead in complex construction environments. You’ll take projects from handover to completion, leading site delivery and being accountable for quality, safety, communication and performance. If you thrive taking responsibility for technical delivery onsite planning, coordinating trades, sequencing installs, and maintaining a calm, professional presence this role is for you.

Core Responsibilities
  • Translating solution concepts into executable delivery plans
  • Producing/reviewing BOMs, SOWs, schematics and technical documentation
  • Developing installation sequencing + realistic schedules
  • Coordinating internal install teams + subcontractors
  • Acting as the primary point of contact onsite
  • Leading and mentoring technicians + apprentices
  • Overseeing commissioning + system sign‑off
  • Enforcing safety practices + site compliance
  • Identifying risks/variations and reporting project status
Your Background
  • 5 years experience in commercial AV integration
  • Site leadership or supervisory roles
  • Commissioning + troubleshooting
  • Cabling and physical installation standards
  • Reading/producing drawings and schematics
  • Proven success delivering projects in live construction environments
  • Understands sequencing, site logistics + other trades’ constraints
  • Builds strong relationships with builders, venue teams + contractors
  • Communicates clearly, calmly and professionally under pressure
  • Highly reliable and committed to first‑class workmanship
Tickets/Certifications
  • Construction White Card (essential for site work)
  • Open Cabling Accreditation + endorsements
  • EWP / Working at Heights
  • Vendor/manufacturer training (Q‑SYS, Crestron, Dante etc.)
  • Project management accreditation or equivalent experience
