Project Manager Aluminium Windows and Doors

Charwildar Windows is a specialist aluminium window, door and façade contractor delivering commercial and multi-residential projects across SA, VIC and WA. We work closely with builders, consultants and our own overseas manufacturing facilities to deliver technically complex projects on time and on budget.

Due to strong project pipeline growth, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take full ownership of project delivery from handover to completion.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing multiple commercial projects concurrently, coordinating subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably and to specification.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects from contract handover through to practical completion and defects.
• Manage project programmes, budgets, cashflow and variations.
• Liaise with builders, consultants, façade engineers and certifiers.
• Review shop drawings, specifications and scope alignment.
• Manage RFIs, variations, progress claims and final accounts.
• Coordinate site works, access, deliveries and sequencing.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, QA requirements and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate project reporting and documentation using internal systems.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, ideally windows, façade.
• Strong understanding of commercial building processes and site coordination.
• Experience managing subcontract installation teams.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and contracts.

• Confident communicator with builders and consultants.
• Highly organised, accountable, and delivery-focused.
