We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multi-discipline construction projects in mining environments. About the Role

As Project Manager, you will oversee complex projects integrating civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines. You will work closely with internal teams, contractors, and mining stakeholders to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational excellence. This role is offered on a FIFO 2:1 roster from Perth to remote WA mine sites.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of construction projects across all phases: feasibility, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.

Manage cross-functional teams and subcontractors, fostering a culture of safety and collaboration.

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and resource plans.

Coordinate with mining operations, engineering teams, vendors, and subcontractors.

Ensure compliance with site-specific safety protocols, environmental standards, and regulations.

Conduct site visits to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and maintain quality control.

Oversee procurement processes, including vendor selection and contract negotiation.

Provide clear and accurate reporting to senior management and clients.

Support operational handover and post-deployment activities.

About You

Proven experience managing multi-discipline construction projects on mine sites.

Strong leadership and team coordination skills with the ability to perform under pressure.

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

High level of commercial acumen and ability to produce accurate C-level reports.

Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).

Willingness to travel to remote mine sites as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in multi-discipline construction projects, including at least 2 years in mining or remote environments.

PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.

Familiarity with mining safety standards.

Current C-Class Driver’s Licence and White Card.

Ability to pass site access and medical clearance requirements.
